WINDLING, Joan Felicia Anne Windling

Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Thursday, February 5, 2026.  Joan passed away in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Ron Windling. Loving friend of the late Robert Bryon. Loving mother of Michael Windling (Ann) of Deseronto, Cheryl (Robert) of Komoka, and John (Cheryl) of Temecula, California. Loved and cared for by her best friend of many years, Jan Gouin. Beloved Nanny to her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A special thank you to her cherished friends in the choir whose voices, friendship, and kindness meant so much to her. As the final curtain falls on a remarkable life, her song lives on in the hearts of those who loved her. We are profoundly grateful to the 4th floor nursing staff at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for their compassion, patience, exceptional care, and their unwavering support during this difficult time. Their kindness will never be forgotten.
