Peacefully on August 25, 2025 at the age of 86. Loving wife of Lam Wai for 70 years. Much loved mother of Cho Ning Wong and wife Doris , and John Wong and wife Mandy, and predeceased by Ken Wong (2011) survived by Anne Wong. Cherished grandmother of Amy (Jay), Winnie, Jenny, Keith, Anna (Kevin), Linda (Alex), Kevin (Amanda), Simon, and Alex. Dearest great-grandmother of Ryan, Alice, Ian, Nicole, Spencer, and Cooper. Survived by her 2 siblings in China. Miao immigrated to Canada along with her 3 sons in 1974, from Guangzhou, China. She was finally able to join her husband, who had lived in Canada for 10 years. Miao worked hard in a Chinese Restaurant in order to help provide for her family. Visiting Friday, August 29, 2025 from 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. The family will share eulogies on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Families First, South Windsor, 3260 Dougall Ave. (519-969-5841). Burial to follow at Victoria Memorial Gardens.
