Sui Ling Yeung
1937 – 2024
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ms. Sui Ling Yeung on October 19, 2024, at the age of 87, at Yee Hong Peter K Kwok Hospice. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, and her warmth and kindness will be missed by many.
Predeceased by her husband, Sai Wing Lai (2021), and her daughter, Alice Lai-Ma (2018), Sui Ling is survived by her daughter Angela Lai, son-in-law Paul Ma, and her grandson, Fr. Raphael Ambrose Ma CR, who will carry forward her legacy of love and family devotion.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home (166 Main Street North, Markham) on Sunday, October 27, 2024, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Patrick’s Parish (5633 Highway 7, Markham) on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 10:30 a.m.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Yee Hong Peter K Kwok Hospice for their compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Yee Hong Community Wellness Foundation in Sui Ling’s memory.
