It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Yvette Melanson, age 80, on Monday
September 22, 2025 at Peel Manor in Brampton.
Yvette was born on January 23,1945 in New Brunswick and lived a life marked by her exceptional
dedication to her job as a Telephone Repair Tech at Nortel for 35 years. She is survived by daughters
Giselle (George), Denise (Alex) and she was a loving granny to Nicole, Tyler, Addison and Brooklyn. Her
sisters Jeanita, Bernice, Juliette, Rose-Marie and Lucy. And predeceased by the love of her life Reg, her
mom and dad (Diana and Henry Hebert) and her sister Claudette.
The family will be holding a memorial service on Saturday October 4, 2025 from 6-8pm at John Dixie
Cemetery 737 Dundas St. E, Mississauga.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of Canada.
Rest in peace, Yvette Melanson. You will be missed by all who knew and loved you.
