ZIOLKOWSKI, John Ziolkowski

It is with deep sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of John Ziolkowski, at home on August 7, 2026, at the age of 70.

John was the loving partner of Kathy and a devoted father to Teri-Lynn, Amanda (Andrew), and Christopher (Mel). He was the stepfather to Kathryn and Kevin and a proud grandpa to Brayden and Ali.

Predeceased by his parents, Henry and Betty Ziolkowski, and is now reunited with them. He will also be missed by his siblings, Vicki (Ray) and Paul.

John loved to fish, and some of his favourite memories were in Longlac, where he could be found catching an abundance of pickerel and enjoying the peace and beauty of being out on the lake. He also had a lifelong appreciation for classic cars, specifically his Thunderbird. And we can’t forget his greatest love, his dog, Nicholas.

John will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Per John’s request, there will be no funeral service. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or The Animal Assistance Group (T.A.A.G) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
