VALENTINE, John - Passed peacefully, at Trillium Health Partners Mississauga Hospital, on Monday, July 25, 2022, at the age of 92.
Beloved "hubby" of his late wife, Matilda "Tillie" (nee Klassen), the youngest son of Winnifred and Matthew, brother to Joe, Tom, Nellie, Betty and Winnie.
He will be remembered fondly by many nieces and nephews in the UK, Canada and Australia.
John was born in Bolton, UK, and worked for Metropolitan Vickers in Manchester, before immigrating to Canada in 1960, where he worked on the installation and commissioning of power generators for Canadian utilities.
He joined Ontario Hydro in 1970 at Lakeview G.S., where he worked until retirement in 1993.
