FICKO, Viljem - It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Viljem Ficko at the age of 92, on September 7, 2022.
He was born in Ropoa, Slovenija and immigrated to Canada in 1958.
He is now reunited with the love of his life, his wife, Albina.
Vili is survived by his children, Gloria (Mark) and Ed (Wanda); his grandchildren, Sonja, Michael (Natalie), Jessica (Ronnie); and his brother, Karl (Milka).
He has also now been reunited with his predeceased sisters, Ema and Anica.
Vili will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and extended family around the world.
We will miss his friendly demeanour, sweet smile, kind words, and gentle nature.
Friends may call at Scott Funeral Home, (420 Dundas St. E., Mississauga), on Tuesday from 4 – 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 14th at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church (739 Brown's Line, Etobicoke) at 11 a.m
