ROSS, Alexander Hughson - Unexpectedly, on March 23, 2023, in Kingston, ON, after a short battle with endocarditis.

He was born on November 3, 1945, in Toronto to Donald Mackenzie Ross and Ruth Elizabeth Galvin.
Predeceased by his only brother, Donald "Sandy" Ross; and grandsons, Nathaniel and Samuel White.
He leaves behind his wife, Linda Ross (née Bell); his daughters, Amanda Ross- White (Michael White) and Katherine Ross (Darryl Montgomery); and his grandchildren, Rebecca and Alexander White.
Dad coached our softball teams, and taught us to drive stick and do a perfect drift into the corners.
Alex could talk the hind leg off a dog, so we are finding our world a lot quieter now. We wish we had been better listeners.
Honour his memory by writing down stories while you still can, making a friend out of a stranger or learning to fly a kite.
