BAUMAN, Trudy Jean (nee Webster) - At peace with her mortality, Trudy passed on August 31, 2018 at Credit Valley Hospital surrounded by her beloved family.

For 48 years, Trudy was the awesome wife of Don Bauman.

Loving mother to Martin (Linda Dickson) and Shawn (Kevin Garner).

Devoted grandmother to Lily Bauman, Robyn and Adam Garner and step-grandmother to Kyle and Taylor Gilbert.

Special sister, aunt and great-aunt to Janis (Bruce Simpson), Geoffrey (Jane Olmstead) and, Charlie and Beck Randall.

Predeceased by her parents, Hanna and Gordon Webster and parents-in-law Hilda and Paul Bauman.

Trudy was born in Montreal on Dec 29, 1949 where she lived until 1959. Mississauga was Trudy’s home from 1959-1998. In 1998, she and Don built their dream home near Orangeville.

Trudy’s meticulous attention to detail and her superb organizational skills served her well in her life ventures including accounting, entertaining, and shopping.

Trudy’s capacity for friendship knew no bounds and she was blessed with visits from an army of family and friends during her 4 month battle with ovarian cancer.

Family will receive friends at Dod’s & McNair Funeral Home, Orangeville, on Friday September 7th, 2018 from 2:00-4:00 pm and 7:00-9:00 pm. A celebration of Trudy’s life will take place in the chapel on Saturday September 8th, 2018 at 1:00 pm. A reception will follow at Bauman’s Glen.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Bethell House (Inglewood ON) would be appreciated.
