GRISANZIO, Giacomo - God called Giacomo suddenly on October 26, 2018 at the age of 37.
He will be forever missed by his loving parents, Giovanni and Linda.
Cherished by his dear partner, Simon Wozny.
Survived by his twin sister Chiara (Nino Marsilio) and brother Giovanni. Adoring uncle to Alessandro and Alyssa.
He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd.) on Wednesday October 31, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday November 1, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Wilfrid’s Roman Catholic Church (1675 Finch Ave. west, west of Keele St.). Entombment to follow.
If so desired, donations in memory of Giacomo may be made to the SickKids Foundation or Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.
