GALATI, Maria - It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Maria Galati on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Humber River Hospital, at the age of 86.
Loving and devoted wife of Gaspare for 65 years.
Beloved mother of Salvatore (Leslee), Pasquale (Lillian) and Anna (Cosimo) Lodeserto.
Cherished Nonna of Amanda (David), Elizabeth, Stephen, Samantha, Thomas, Daniel and Andrew.
Maria will be fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Resting at Newediuk Funeral Home, Kipling, Toronto on Monday, November 19, 2018 from 6 to 9 p.m and Tuesday, November 20, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Transfiguration of Our Lord Church, 45 Ludstone Dr., Toronto, on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Woodbridge, ON.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Cancer Society.
