Teresa was a hard working and devoted person. She loved spending time with her family; especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed time spent traveling and quieter moments in her garden. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends.

Special thanks is extended to the staff at Villa Columbo Vaughan and the palliative care staff at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre for their compassionate and dedicated care.

Family and friends will be received at Ward Funeral Home (4671 Highway #7, Woodbridge) on Friday from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church (300 Ansley Grove Road) on Saturday, December 1st at 9:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Palliative Care unit of Sunnybrook Hospital would be appreciated.
