KOCH, Susan Adele (nee BURWASH) - October 5, 1963 - November 1, 2018
Our Dear Sweet Susan left this life on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at the Algonquin Grace Hospice in Huntsville, Ontario.
She leaves behind, her adult sons Grayson and Mackenzie Koch, her mother Sandra Scott Whatley and step-father Tom Whatley, her father Malcolm Burwash and his wife Margaret-Ann Baker and her sister Brenda Burwash Ross.
She will be remembered fondly by her 5 step-siblings, many cousins, nieces and nephews, friends from her early years in Mississauga and summers on Lake of Bays, former business colleagues and all who made her acquaintance during her many years as a homemaker in Bolton and more recently in Huntsville.
The family wishes to acknowledge the wonderful staff of Doctors and Nurses at the Huntsville Hospital who have attended Susan over the past months, the "LHIN" Palliative Care Team who attended at her home and so importantly, the compassionate Staff and comfort of Hospice Huntsville.
Memorial donations to the Huntsville Hospital Foundation and/or the Hospice Huntsville would be greatly appreciated by Susan's family.
A "Celebration of Her Life" will be held at Lake of Bays in July.
