RODRIGUES, Leonilde Estrella Rocha Fita - Passed away peacefully, December 9, 2018, at the age of 85.
A native of Santa Cruz, Lagoa, São Miguel, Azores, daughter of António Rocha Fita and Maria de Jesus Medeiros Cabeçinha.
Leonilde, predeceased by her brothers, David and John.
She will be missed by her family: Beloved and devoted wife to Francisco Lima Araujo Rodrigues; her sons Tony (Maria), Luis (Jacqueline) Eddy; and her grandchildren, Philip, Peter (Catia), Kevin, Eric and Kyle. Her nieces Laudalina, Lucy and her nephew Mike.
Her passion was to socialize with friends and family.
A speical “thank-you”, to Maynard Nursing Home, 28 Halton Street, for everything.
Visitation will be held at Cardinal Funeral Homes, Bathurst Chapel, Toronto on December 11, 2018 from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. The service will take place at Santa Cruz Roman Catholic Church, 140 Argyle Street, Toronto on December 12, 2018 at 9:00 AM.
