Loving husband of Finuzzia (Savaglio) for 62 years.
Devoted Father of Vincenzo (Maria), Domenic (Gabriella), and Joe.
Predeceased by daughter Rosetta and son Domenico.
Cherished Nonno to Natalie (Scott), Kryzia (Carlo), Sara (Jordan) and Francesco.
Predeceased by parents Vincenzo and Rosina Muoio. Brother of Maria Greco (Luigi) of Italy, the late Esterina Settingiano, the late Domenico Muoio (Irena).
Son-in-law of the late Gaetano and Marietta Savaglio, Brother-in-law of Carmelina Greco (Late Lorenzo) of Italy, Egidio and Rosetta Longo, Dora Savaglio and Eugenio Bruno.
Predeceased by Brother-in-laws Francesco (Irma), Ferdinando (Rita) and Giuseppe (Gina) Savaglio.
Francesco will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.
Francesco was a longtime employee of Commisso Bros and Racco Bakery. He was so proud of his garden and he was like McGiver who could fix anything. Francesco courageously battled serious health issues especially in the last year.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the Humber River Hospital 6th and 7th Floor ICU Nurses and the Doctors for their excellent care, compassion and expertise.
Visitation at DeMarco Funeral Home, Keele Chapel, Toronto will take place on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 – 9:00 P.M. Funeral Service will follow on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 12:30 P.M. at DeMarco Funeral Home. Entombment to take place at Concord, Ontario.
