ORTIZO, Consuelo Hernandez - (July 11, 1944 – September 4, 2019)
Consuelo Ortizo, surrounded by family died at Rouge Valley Centenary Hospital in Scarborough on September 4th, 2019.
Her memory will be cherished by her husband, Vicente Ortizo, her son Roy, and her daughters Karen and Tisha. She will be lovingly remembered by her adoring grandchildren, Zion, Zander and Hannah.
Her unwavering faith and deep love for everyone in her life will be remembered and honoured forever. "Well done, thou good and faithful servant... Enter thou into the joy of thou Lord." Matthew 25:21
Family and friends are invited for a memorial service at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, 4115 Lawrence Ave. E.. West Hill, Ontario on Saturday, September 7th beginning at 10am.
