DAddese LuigiD'ADDESE, Luigi - On April 12, 2020 at the age of 82.

Luigi was born in Gesualdo, Italy and immigrated to Canada at the age of 16. He was a hardworking man, while working full time he attended night school to earn his High School diploma. He was an Automotive Sales Professional for over 40 years and ensured he treated his customers fairly. His honesty and integrity were rewarded through his numerous accolades, and repeat clients.

Luigi was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed attending all his grandkids activities from hockey games, dance recitals, synchro competitions and music concerts. He was filled with compassion, humanity, had a zest for life and an incredible sense of humor.

His infectious smile always lit up the room. He was one that was always willing to lend a helping hand and drop everything he was doing to help a friend or relative in need. Luigi was an avid baseball and hockey fan. Witnessing two World Series wins by the Toronto Blue jays and the last Stanley cup victory by The Toronto Maple Leafs.

Luigi is survived by his loving wife Grazia D’Addese, his children Carmine (Sandra), Vince (Marsha), Sonia (Dale) and grandchildren, Louie, Adamo, Joseph, Vincent jr., Grazia, Celina, Francesco, Daniel and Olivia.

During this unprecedented situation with COVID-19, it is with very heavy hearts that our family has made the difficult decision to hold a private funeral with our immediate family, in honor of our dear father, Luigi D'Addese. Ultimately, we recognize that the health and safety of our family and friends comes first. We appreciate your love and support at this time, and we welcome your messages of condolence.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the ALS or Heart & Stoke Foundation below.
