Gauthier RobertGAUTHIER, Robert Joseph 'Bobby' - Robert Joseph Gauthier, 75, of Toronto, Ontario passed away on April 23, 2020 at the Toronto East General (Michael Garron Hospital) after a brief illness.

"Bobby" Was born in Val-d'or, Quebec on November 15, 1944, the son of Raymond and Diane (Dubec) Gauthier. He attended school at St. Ann's in Toronto and serviced as a Canadian Army Cadet.

Bobby married his one and only love Lottie on October 22, 1966 and spent 53 years happily married until her passing in 2019.

Bobby worked in the Maintenance Department for over 40 years at the Toronto East General Hospital and was also a member of the Beaverton, Ontario Legion where he had many friends.

Bobby's interest's included old movies, cigars, his trailer on Duck Lake (where he and Lottie were friends with everyone for many years) and photography as bobby was the curator of all of the family photos. Bobby and Lottie also enjoyed travelling extensively to various locations around the world.

Bobby is predeceased by his wife Lottie Viola, father Raymond, mother Diane, stepmother Lucille, brother-in-law Bill and brother Ross.

Bobby is survived by his son Robert Jr. and his wife Bonnie, and 5 beautiful grandchildren, Danielle, Michael, Monique, Dawson and Stephen and great granddaughter Shelby, daughter-in-law Nancy, sisters Linda (Ferguson), Francine (Gary), Raymonde, and brothers Gill (Lisa), Paul (Mary), Ronald and his partner Ric and 12 nieces and nephews.

Due to the current global situation, a funeral will not be taking place. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date entrusted to Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, 2570 Danforth Avenue, Toronto.
