SewPersaud BobbySEWPERSAUD, Bobby - June 16th 1932 – May 13th 2020 - On May 13, 2020, Bobby aka Pops, Old Man and Dad decided, that he desired very much to be with his one and only love. He could wait no longer, and so he decided to spend the rest of his time with mom and her Heavenly Father and all his other friends from Georgetown, Albouystown and Alexander Village Guyana.

And so today we are here as one big family to celebrate and remember a wonderful gentleman who was fondly known in at Humber Valley Terrace as gentleman Bob.

Dad was born in Ruimveldt Guyana; his mother’s name was Sumintra and his dad was fondly known as Tom (Big Daddy).

He had one brother Rudolph and two sisters Rosalind and Leila.

He lived for a large portion of his life in Guyana but left for a better life in Canada.

He was a guy who always loved music. His favourite band was the Indian Hot Shots, where he played the mandolin. On any given weekend he can be found playing his harmonium and having a few happy beverages with friends. I am sure that we all remember how he loved to dance, having fun and make friends.

While he was a resident at Humber Valley Terrace, he can be found walking his floor and greeting everyone including the nurses and other staff members.
