REARDON, Gerald Jose - On Friday May 15th, 2020, Gerald Reardon passed away at Trillium Hospital in Mississauga, Ontario, at the age of 63, after a courageous fight battling heart disease.
He was born in Carbonear, Newfoundland and moved to Toronto as a young man, where he met the love of his life Emma Reardon (nee Pardy). Together they had 3 children, Ross, Lisa, and Ronnie and six grandchildren.
After a lengthy battle with heart disease, Gerald is eternally reunited with parents, Leonard and Catherine, his youngest son Ronnie, his nephew Marcus, and niece Brianna.
Gerald will be remembered for his ability to make others laugh, his kind heart, passion for sports, especially hockey, and his love of dogs. We were blessed to have him in our lives and he will be missed deeply.
Gerald will be remembered fondly by his wife Emma, son Ross, daughter Lisa, ten brothers and sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday May 19th at 10:00 am at Ridley Funeral Home, Etobicoke with a small group of family members in attendance due to these challenging times of COVID-19.
