BAUMAL, Sydney - It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Syd Baumal, on June 22, 2020, just five days after his beloved wife Zillah of 53 years.
Loving father of Aaron and Lisa, and Brian and Maria.
Being Zaidy to Hannah and Coltrane brought them constant joy and laughter.
Syd will be sorely missed by his brother Allen, and the late Marilyn Baumal, with whom he maintained a very close relationship, even between Toronto and Florida.
Affectionately loved by all his nieces, nephews, and cousins near and far.
Syd's love of classical music, baseball and humour will live on with all of us.
A special thank-you to Mary Ann for her care and compassion.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2020
