CHAMBERLAIN, Lois Grace - Went to be with her Lord on July 7, 2020, in her 85th year. She died peacefully in her daughter Michele's home, surrounded by her family.
Born in Toronto where she lived most of her life, and graduated from Shaw's School of Business, after which she attended Bible School in Belleville Ont.
After many yrs as an exceptional secretary, Lois became ordained and travelled with her husband, Harold Chamberlain in full time ministry. In later yrs, her husband and she worked as Wedding Officiants.
Lois will be remembered for her kind heart and gentle nature. Her family was her life. She was the family " historian" and excelled in all our family details.
Survived by her spouse Harold of 62 yrs; loving Mother to Lori (Bruce); Michele (Peter); and Andrea (Sean); Grandmother/Grt Grandmother to Michael/Lacy (Zoey, Ember); Jason/Kim ( Harper, Finn); Kyra/Cody (Kayden, Nora); Scarlett (Weston, Willow); Halsey, Eliza (Mark) Hannah, Samuel & Jesse.
Dear sister to Ruth Shaw, the late Melvin Tolman and David Tolman.
Step Grandmother to Patricia, Erin/Charlie ( Levi) Tyler and Zoey.
A celebration of life will be July 18, 2020 at 1pm ( because of Covid it will be invitation only).
