RATTAI, Douglas Allan - Passed away peacefully at home, on August 26th 2020, at he age of 54.
He is predeceased by his parents, Wilfred and Jean Rattai, and will be sorely missed by his siblings Keith (Alison), Murray (Beth) and Pam (Gerry), and his nieces and nephews, Courtney, Dakota, Madison, Matthew , Aiden, Destyn, Kaiya, and Aura.
He will also be missed by his best friend, May, and her son, Tom Jackson.
May and Doug had a true bond and shared many laughs and adventures over the years.
Although Doug was often quiet and shy, those with whom he let his guard down knew him to be a truly loyal and compassionate person.
He ably took on the role of caregiver to our mother who lived with him in her final years, and together they cruised the world.
At Doug's request there will be no funeral.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Durham Humane Society.
