FERRO, Gaspare - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family at home on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at the age of 90.
Dearly beloved husband of Maria.
Loving father of Joe (Enza), John (Lucy), and Connie (Randy).
Devoted grandfather of Stephen, Paul, Sarah, Lauren, Adam, Melissa and Luca.
Survived by his dear brother Antonino (Rosalia), his brother-in-law Ornofrio, and his sister-in-law’s Maria and Liliana.
Predeceased by his siblings Giovanni, Lina, Pia and Maria and brother-in-laws Pasquale and Antonino.
Gaspare will be dearly missed by many of his nephews and nieces, his extended family and friends in Canada and Italy.
Arrangements with Cardinal Funeral Home, Toronto. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter’s Church, 830 Bathurst St, Toronto. Private entombment to follow.
If desired, donations in memory of Gaspare can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or Convenant House.
The family would like to thank all the caregivers who worked to keep Dad comfortable.
He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.
