Johnson LouJOHNSON, Luverre 'Lou' Jr - Born on December 30, 1940, Chatham, Ontario, Luverre (Lou) went home to be with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on December 17, 2020, just two weeks shy of his 80th birthday.

Lou left a legacy of love, kindness and encouragement, impacting the lives of children through both his involvement with the Sunday school bus ministry and as a school caretaker where he was loved by students and staff alike.

He is remembered by his smile, happy spirit, and encouraging words.

He will be forever in the heart of his beloved wife, Adrianne; daughters Tracey (Peter), Denise (Corrado) and Nancy; sisters Rae and Barbara (Eugene).

Fondly remembered by his niece Stephanie and nephew Keith; cousin Peter; and great niece Chanel.

Cherished by grandchildren Taylor and Gavin.

Missed by many extended family and friends.

Lou was predeceased by father: Luverre Johnson Senior; mother: Mildred O’Dora Johnson Ladd and step-father Morley Ladd.

Lou will be laid to rest on December 28, 2020, followed by a memorial service held for immediate family only, at Ajax Baptist Church at 11:30am. The Memorial Service will be livestreamed on the Ajax Baptist Church Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/search/videos/?q=ajax%20baptist%20church
