COLLETT, William - Passed away peacefully on Friday, April 6 2018 at the age of 92.
Beloved husband to Margaret for 68 wonderful years.
Cherished father to Stephen, Jeffrey (Janine), Susan (Gordon) Davidson and Catherine (Chuck) Miller.
Loving grandpa to Chris, James, Kristina, Jacqui, Jared and Kayla. GG to Eryk and Wyatt. Proud uncle of David, Mark, Carrie, Denise and Beth.
Predeceased by his parents Walter and Lillian and his siblings Jack, Elaine and Gord (Tina). William was an avid golfer and curler at The Thornhill Golf and Country Club.
Past Master and district secretary of Simcoe Masonic Lodge District 7. The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to Vanessa and staff at Woodhaven (Markham Section) for their wonderful care.
Friends and family will be received at the Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, Markham, on Monday, April 9th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorial service to take place Tuesday at 12 noon in the chapel. Reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Foundation for Fighting Blindness or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
