CREAMER, Alexandra "Sandy" (nee AUDREU) - Died unexpectedly on April 7, 2018 at the Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario at the age of 69.
Alexandra was deeply loved and will be missed greatly by her children Richard (Leslie), Christine (Behrooz) and Karen and by her grandchildren Steven, Samantha, Nicholas, Alexander, Andreu, Kirsten and Jenna.
Alexandra was predeceased by her mother, Waltraud Earle (nee Graf).
As per Alexandra's wishes, no funeral or memorial services will be scheduled.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
