BACON, R. Keith - Passed away unexpectedly, yet peacefully, on Thursday, April 6, 2023 while at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto.
Keith at the age of 85, was the beloved husband of Carol (nee Preece), for 53 years.
He was the loving father of Trina, Darin (Stephanie), Karin (T-Shaka) and Brian (Lori-Ann). Cherished Grampa of Dalton and Brandon; Demitrius and Derrius; Christopher; and Nicholas, Alexander and Liam.
Keith will be remembered by those who knew him as the Councillor of Ward 1 in Scugog Township (from 1997 – 2001), as a Past President and Life-long Member of the Uxbridge Fair Board, and as a Member of the Greenbank United Church.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, April 13 at the Low & Low Funeral Home, 23 Main Street South, Uxbridge from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will take place on Friday, April 14 in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. A Reception will follow the service at the Greenbank United Church.
Memorial donations made to the Greenbank United Church in Keith’s name would be appreciated by the family.
