Entered eternal rest on February 8th, 2024, at the age of 32.
Loving husband to Joyce Amor and proud father to his daughter, Ellie Wilhelm. Dear son of Richard Wilhelm(Linda, Athena) and the late Sylvie Wilhelm.
Brother to Audrey (Emily) and Courtney (Kerry).
Devoted Uncle to Arianna, Shea, Tyler, Keira and Kaylub.
Survived by his Grandmothers Irene and Arlene.
Predeceased by his Grandfathers Gilles and Warren.
Derek loved playing the guitar and the piano. He was often singing and dancing and being silly with his nieces and nephews.
He was a free soul who loved to spend times outdoors and to travel to different places.
He loved deeply and was always helping others. He was compassionate and sensitive.
He is very loved by his family and all who knew him.
Funeral Service will be held at BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Wednesday February 21st. at 2:00 pm
