SCHIAVONE, Carmelo - God called Carmelo peacefully on April 20, 2019 at the age of 82.
He is now reunited in Heaven with his loving wife, Dalmata.
Cherished by his dear children, Vito (Vanda), and Enzo (Patricia). Proud Nonno to Vanessa (Michael Pimentel), Carmelo, Christian, and Alexa. Adoring bisnonno to Luna.
Carmelo will always be remembered by his dear brother, Vito. Carmelo is now reunited in Heaven with his parents, Ciriaco and Rosaria, and his sisters, Lucia and Agatha. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd.) on Monday, April 22, 2019 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday April 23, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Roch Roman Catholic Church (2889 Islington Ave., south of Steeles Ave). Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens (on Albion Rd., at Hwy 27).
If so desired, donations in memory of Carmelo may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or to The Canadian Cancer Society.
