ANGELO, Vito - Passed away peacefully surrounded by his children on Friday, December 25, 2020 at the age of 86 at Villa Colombo in Toronto, Canada.
Vito was born in Salemi, Trapani, Sicily on March 8th, 1934, immigrated to Canada where he quickly gained the reputation of being a skilled carpenter, and later married the late Rosa Angelo (April 12th, 2006) on September 23, 1967.
Vito was the loving father of daughter Maria Antonietta (Frank Palombi) and son Lino (Maddalena Angelo).
He was also the ever-caring Nonno to Olivia, Matthew, and Vito.
Vito’s passion for reading, his quest for knowledge and his unwavering devotion to and love of family will never be forgotten.
As we continue to pray for a cure for Dementia and Alzheimer’s, the Angelo and Palombi Families would like to thank you for your support during their time of sorrow.
Regrettably, due to government imposed COVID-19 restrictions, the visitation and the funeral are being kept private.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or the Heart & Stoke Foundation.
