HUBER, Dan - A life so vibrantly lived deserves to be vibrantly remembered. With great sadness, we announce the loss of our legendary father, Dan Huber. In his fashion for pomp and flare he expired 1-day after ushering in his 90th birthday on Thursday, January 7, 2021.
Dan is preceded by his wife, Eva Huber, nee Markus, son, Marc Huber, and brother, Chaim Huber.
Dan loved sharing his life with his sons, Brian and Ari and their spouses, Martha and Vickie.
He adored his grandchildren Joshua, David, Madeline, Dylan, Cory, Jordan, Alex, and Brett.
Dan shared his life with his in-laws Nurith Huber, Ursula Maiman and the late Fred Maiman, and the late Harvey Markus.
Dan was born in Czechoslovakia in 1931 and grew up in Palestine, joining Haganah and IDF. He found his way to Montreal, where he met Eva. They married and quickly moved to Toronto to raise 3 unruly boys. Dan pursued his dental career and eventually became founder of LHM dental lab.
Dan, you were always revered and feared.
A graveside service will be held in Sunday, January 10, 2021
