Turco RosinaTURCO, Rosina - (1934 - 2021) -

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Rosina Turco on January 25th, 2021.

Rosina is survived by her beloved husband of 65 years, Giuseppe, her daughter Anna (Mike) and grandchildren Matteo and Alessia.

She was predeceased by her parents and her two brothers.

Rosina and Giuseppe immigrated to Canada in 1959 where she continued her many traditions from sauce making and curing meats, to wine making and tending to her vegetable garden. She taught herself to crochet and knit and made most of her own clothes.

Rosina was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother who will be forever remembered for her abundance of love and her dedication to her family.

The Turco family greatly appreciates your gestures of sympathy and words of condolences at this very difficult time. Due to the current COVID – 19 restrictions, the visitation, funeral service and the entombment will remain private for the family only. Arrangements entrusted with Jerrett funeral home, St. Clair chapel, Toronto.

If desired, donations in Memory of Rosina Turco may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
