COLLINS, Helen 'Ruth' (nee Shields) - Passed away at the age of 86, at the Margaret Bahen Hospice, on Monday, January 25, 2021. Feeling the warmth of love from the many lives she has touched.
Ruth will now be reunited with her husband Ken and son Art.
The time that we were fortunate to share with her will forever be remembered by her children, Pat (Steve) Foran, Dan (Sue) Collins, Kenny (Shirley) Collins, Linda (Ken) Bennett, Steven Collins and his partner Olivia, Rob (Heather) Collins, her 17 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, her sister Norma Taylor and many other extended family members.
A graveside gathering will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted with Roadhouse and Rose funeral home, Newmarket.
If desired, memorial donations to the Margaret Bahen Hospice (653 Queen St., Newmarket L3Y 2J1) would be most appreciated. Special thanks to the compassionate and caring staff.
Ruth was an amazing lady. She will never be forgotten.
