Wilkinson LeonoreWILKINSON, Lenore Mary   -  1937 - 2021  Beloved mother, grandmother, sister, cousin and aunt to a multitude of cousins, nieces and nephews.

Lenore (nee MacDonald) passed away after a brief stay in palliative care at Bridgepoint Hospital, after a late diagnosis of cancer.

Avid Scarboro curler, creative green thumb and Blue Jays fan, renowned for her pickles and fruit cake to convert any nay sayer, Lenore always had a big hug and warm smile for her family and friends.

She will be deeply missed. Predeceased by her loving husband Howard, parents Wilfred and Daphne (nee Lefebvre) MacDonald of Williamstown, and brothers Francis "Buddy", Coleman, Harold, and Duncan.

Lenore leaves behind her grieving children Douglas (Robin) and Sandra (Gayle) and grandchildren Henry and Harriet, all of whom she was immensely proud. Dear sister of Audrey, Shirley, Mickey, Iris, Alex, and Lynne.

Lenore was a proud MacDonald from Glengarry and enjoyed the family's large gatherings. Lenore enjoyed telling her children of her childhood living and working on the family dairy farm.

She taught primary grades in a one room schoolhouse and later worked as a full time homemaker and was a long time Centenary Hospital volunteer.

Douglas and Sandra are grateful for their memories of time spent on the MacDonald family farm which meant so much to Lenore.

Service and internment to take place at St. Mary's, Williamstown on a date to be determined.

Suggested donations in Lenore's memory are the Canadian Cancer Society, the Toronto Botanical Garden, and Cooper Marsh Conservators.
