Roberts DaphneROBERTS, Daphne - (1930 - 2021) - It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Daphne on Tuesday March 23, 2021.

Daphne is now reunited in heaven with her dear parents Hilda and Frank Thomas.

She was the loving wife of Kenneth. Daphne was the cherished mother of Lorna and her husband Dan Felstead, Malcolm and his wife Cynthia, And Melanie and her husband Steven Porter.

She was the devoted grandmother of Sean Winzar and his wife Sarah, Brandon Porter and his wife Laura, Brittani and her husband Mike McCourt, Tiffany Porter, Ashton Roberts and his wife Amy and Tyler Felstead. Daphne will forever be the much loved great grandmother of Sienna Winzar, Ella Winzar, Ethan Winzar, Allison Porter, Crawford McCourt, Aubrey Roberts and Gibson McCourt.

She was the admired sister of 10 siblings. Daphne will be deeply missed be her many family and friends in Canada, South Africa, Australia and England and all who knew her.

Daphne was truly a remarkable and awe-inspiring woman as the words of her granddaughter Tiffany expresses, "I love you so much ... your smile, your love for everyone, your kindness, your beauty, words will never describe how amazing you were." and as her brother shares "She was the most loving, warm, generous and kind-hearted person I have ever met."

Daphne had many interests and passions. She was a phenomenal cook and baker renowned for her mouth-watering desserts. She was an amazing fashion designer and seamstress and loved to travel, which she and Kenneth did extensively.

Arrangements and funeral livestream details are entrusted with Scott funeral home, Brampton chapel.

In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Daphne to The Alzheimer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all for the outpouring of support they have received.
