HALKIDIS, Parthena - We lost the most precious gift a person could be given on April 26, 2021. She fought valiantly and with honour.
We are heartbroken. She was a woman who gave an abundance of love to all, sacrificed so others would have, she fed the world and never wanted others to go without.
She was a wife, mother, mother-in-law, grand mother, sister, aunt, best friend and caregiver to all.
She was devout and so very faithful and we know the Kingdom of Heaven has taken her by the hand and welcomed her with such great love. Mama we will miss you so very much. And right now we are all heart broken.
But we promise you we will remain strong and will honour all you taught us. You will forever be in our hearts. And I know you will stand beside us as an angel in our times of need. I just wish we could hear your voice, feel your hug and hear the infectious laugh one more time. We do not know a world without you.
Due to COVID restrictions her funeral will be live streamed on Monday, May 3rd, from St. Nectarios Church. And when COVID restrictions are lifted we will have a celebration of life gathering.
