TOMANY, Denis - 1949 - 2021 Denis, devoted father of Alexander (Sandy), Katherine and Nicholas, loyal brother of Ben (deceased) and Rosa (Edinburgh).
Beloved husband and best friend to Carol for 45 years, died at home on October 26 of Cancer.
Born in Ballencrieff Mains, Scotland, Denis immigrated to Canada in his mid-twenties and worked in market research for various companies including his own until retirement.
Denis was a gentle soul, who loved people, good food, great wine, walking, hiking, biking, gardening and travel.
He will live now forever in our hearts. Cremation has taken place.
A celebration of Denis' life will be held at a later date.
Donations may be made in his memory to Princess Margaret Hospital or a charity fighting to find a cure for Cancer.
