GRZYWACZ, Stanisław - Aged 76, Stanislaw passed away on October 31st, 2021 at Trillium Hospital in Mississauga following complications from a stroke.
He was born in Budy Głogowskie in Rzeszow, Poland on January 26th, 1945.
He enjoyed his career as a painter in Poland and immigrated to Canada in 1974 where he continued to paint, including for the Toronto Transit Commission for over 20 years where he officially retired in 2010.
He was a devout Catholic who attended Mass regularly and took pride in serving his Church and community.
He was married to his wife Henryka Mikołajewska on May 5th, 2004.
He was predeceased by his mother Maria and his father Henryk.
He is survived by his beloved wife of over 15 years Henryka Mikołajewska who loves and misses him dearly. He will be remembered by his brothers Jozef, Kazek, and Gienek; sisters Helena, Zofia, Krystyna, and Maria; sisters-in-law Teresa and her husband Jozef, Halina, Małgosia and Maria; brothers-in-law Franek and Stanisław; his son Robert and his wife Marzena; his grandchildren Hubert and Iza; his nieces and nephews including Helena, Poula and Małgosia and her husband Zenek including their children Krzysztof, Kasia, Agnieszka, Sebastian, Magdalena, and Kinga; and by his many other family and friends.
