Champabne MurielCHAMPAGNE, Muriel - 83, peacefully joined her Mother (Sadie), Father (Hector) and siblings Patricia and Leonard in heaven on October 29, 2021.

Her spirit continues to live on in her daughters Elizabeth Logozzo (nee Ambridge) (Domenic) and Deborah Ambridge-Fisher (John), and in her pride and joys, her four granddaughters, Sarah (Mauricio), Brianna (Mark), Julia and Emilia, her siblings Roger (Pat), Eddie (Marie), Philip (Marlene), Janet and Jackie (Claude) and her many nieces, nephews and the multitude of honorary nieces, nephews and grand children, who all knew her as Aunt Moo.

Muriel was the matriarch of the Champagne family and her large personality will most definitely be missed, especially at the cottage from where she is no doubt watching us now.

We take comfort in knowing she is finally at peace and no longer in any pain. We can not thank the incredible Palliative Care staff and doctors at Brampton Civic Hospital, who were a constant support during the final days to both Muriel and her family.

A celebration of life will be held for Muriel on Saturday, November 6th, 2021 at North Bramalea United Church in Brampton at 1pm and will also be streamed live on facebook.

An interment will be held in Ottawa on Friday, November 19th, 2021 at 2pm where she will be laid to rest with her parents and sister Pat. All are welcome and COVID policies will be in effect.

In Lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to Nina’s Army or the Palliative Care Unit at Brampton Civic Hospital. If nothing else, the family asks you live as Muriel did.

Love your family, play the lottery or a scratch ticket and be kind or share something with a stranger, just as she would have.
