HARTWELL, Barbara Winnifred (Thetford) - Barbara Winnifred (Thetford) Hartwell, age 89, of Scarborough, Ontario passed away peacefully at Scarborough General on Wednesday, November 3, 2021.
Barbara was born March 8, 1932. She loved to go dancing with her late husband, and with her group of friends called “The Peek-a-booers." Barbara was known to be a great homemaker and always look forward to the holidays to spend time and spoil her grandchildren. She was an excellent Knitter and wonderful baker especially Christmas cookies.
Beloved wife to late Sydney Hartwell, Loving Mother to Ronald (Wendy), Late Linda, Terrence (Kim), and Deborah (Randy).
Loving Gramma to Thirteen Grandchildren, Twenty-Three Great Grandchildren, Five Great Great Grandchildren, and many others who called her Gramma.
Arrangements are entrusted with Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, Scarborough chapel.
