Grymek Nifo KyleGRYMEK-NIFO, Kyle - Kyle Grymek-Nifo, lovingly referred to by family and friends as “Smiles," passed away at the age of 23 in a tragic car accident on November 14th, 2021.

Kyle was born on June 15th, 1998 at Women’s College in Toronto, Ontario. He spent most of his life growing up in Mimico, a small neighbourhood within Etobicoke. He was residing in Mississauga, Ontario at the time of his passing.

He attended St. Leo Catholic School for a number of years before attending St. Louis Catholic School, where he would finish his elementary schooling.

Throughout elementary school Kyle participated in almost every sports team and would be remembered as a joker who was always trying to make school more fun for everyone. He then graduated high school from Etobicoke School of the Arts, where he attended the Musical Theatre program. Kyle was never the biggest fan of “traditional schooling” and enjoyed going to ESA where he was able to hone his musical theatre skills and talents, while also getting his education amongst his peers.

In his early life Kyle discovered his love and talent for singing and acting. His mother enrolled Kyle into an out of school musical-theatre program at Star Potential Studios. During his time at Star Potential he went on to grow his talent and became a main staple in the studio’s productions. Concluding his time at Star Potential Studios, Kyle enrolled at Innovative Rhythm Dance Studios, where he would focus more on dancing disciplines including ballet, jazz, tap, and hip-hop. At Innovative Rhythm Dance Studio he would find happiness and self-fulfillment assisting in teaching the younger students at the studio what he loved to do.

In addition to his love for musical theatre and dance, Kyle loved playing hockey and played in the Faustina Hockey League in Mimico. He was a talented goal-scorer and he would just fly around on the ice. In both of his passions, he created relationships with caring people that would later become great friends to the whole Grymek-Nifo family.

In his later years, Kyle enjoyed playing video-games, making Tik-Toks, and partying with his friends at local clubs. In all of these activities, Kyle brought his passion and talent along with an extreme confidence that made it easy for new people to gravitate towards him. With a big smile, outgoing personality and charming energy, Kyle made everyone around him happier to be there.

He will be remembered forever and greatly missed by his mother Charlotte, father Giovanni, sister Ariana, brothers Tyler (Anita), Julius and Joshua, his grandparents Bozena (Bogdan) and Ada, along with his aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Please do not send flowers. In lieu of flowers, donations to Operation Smile Canada https://operationsmile.ca/ would be appreciated by the family.

Public visitation arrangements are entrusted with Scott funeral home, Mississauga chapel.
