Joseph passed away peacefully at home on Monday, May 21, 2018 with his beloved wife Ruth and daughter Jo by his side.

A longtime resident of Don Mills, 'Mr. D' was a well-known coach in the Don Mills Civitan Hockey League.

An avid golfer, Joe was an original member of the Toronto Board of Trade Golf Club having joined in 1965.

A dear and kind man, Joe leaves behind his ever so loving wife Ruth, his sons Peter (Jan), Paul (Sue), daughters Jo Fotopoulos (Ted) and Sue Bulmer (Francis).

Always a very proud Grandfather, 'Poppa' will be terribly missed by his grandchildren Sarah, Laura, Stephen (Vanessa), Christopher (Lindsey), Emma, Tessa, Alexa and Matt and great-grandchildren Hanna, Thomas and Evelyn. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Jeffrey Chin for his many years of dedicated care.
