Leonard Bridges, formerly of Toronto, born in London, England.
Beloved husband of the late May Alice Bridges (nee: Fabian); dearly beloved father of Lesley (John Tyerman), Holly (BGen [Ret'd] Gaston Cloutier) and the late Susan (Peter Portlock).
Son of the late Benjamin and Beatrice Bridges; beloved grandson of the late Joseph Travers; brother of the late Reg Travers; grandfather of Sarah (Tshweu), Robin, Alex, Katie and Matthew; great-grandfather of Mookodi and Thuto.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Mariposa Best Western (Hermitage Ballroom), 400 Memorial Ave., Orillia, on Sunday, August 26th. Please arrive at 11:45 a.m. Celebration of Life to commence at 12 noon. Military dress: tunic with medals.
