Bonner DianaBONNER, Diana Jean (nee PURDIE)  -  Passed away peacefully, on April 22, 2024 with her loving family by her side.

Diana was a dedicated teacher/librarian for many years in the Etobicoke secondary school system, where she shared her love of books and created a warm and inviting space for students to learn.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 41 years, Brian Bonner.

A devoted mother, sister, aunt and grandmother, she will be deeply missed by her daughter, Patricia (Kris); stepchildren, Susan, Kim (Costa) and Gary (Debbie), grandchildren, Claire, Isla, Trevor and Jacob; sister, Heather (Ted); nieces, Lauren (Mike) and Kirsie (Jeff); great-niece, Emilia; and a multitude of cherished friends. Our heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Del Manor (Prince Edward) and her geriatrician, Dr. Amina Jabbar, for their compassionate care.

A Memorial Service will be held at Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W., on Friday, May 10th, at 11:00 a.m.

If desired, donations in Diana's memory may be made to Parkinson Canada or a charity of your choice.
