Duffy NormaDUFFY, Norma Lillian  - Passed away peacefully on August 9, 2018, 83 years old, following her loving husband into eternal bliss after 5 months of being separated by the strings of fate.

Predeceased by her parents William Francis and Norma Compton and her brother Gordon William Compton.

She is survived by her many nieces and nephews, her sister Joan Frances Pond as well as her sister-in-law Marilyn Compton.

A loving mother, she leaves behind Sean Duffy and his wife Teresa, is grandmother to Krystal Duffy and Katherine Duffy (Bouchard) and great-grandmother to six-year-old Andraia and five-year-old William.

She will be greatly missed as she and her husband had become almost a daily part of their lives.

A graduate of The School of Nursing, Toronto General Hospital, 1956, Norma was praised for her people skills and her ability to throw herself heart and soul, into everything she did.

She will be missed but her family takes solace in her release from a body that contained only half a heart and soul. She truly had something that is so hard to find.

True Love and a broken heart can only beat so long missing its other half. May memories of her bring smiles, as she and Don are remembered as one.

Cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the Innisfil Funeral Home, Stroud, on Sunday, September 9th, from 12 p.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation.
