O'FLAHERTY, Sr. Wilfreda, IBVM, - Died peacefully at Presentation Manor, Scarborough, on November 30, 2018 in her 78th year as a member of the Institute of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Loretto Sisters).
She was predeceased by her parents Michael O'Flaherty and Catherine Hill from Ireland and by her sister Kathleen (Fred) Wilson and brothers Rev. William O'Flaherty and John (Kay) O'Flaherty.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.
Sr. Wilfreda had a long career as a teacher and/or principal in Guelph, Stratford, Niagara Falls and Toronto, followed by pastoral ministry in Brampton and Guelph.
Visitation at 10 a.m. followed by the celebration of the Eucharist at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 5th at Presentation Manor, 61 Fairfax Crescent Scarborough.
