Civichino CarmelaCIVICHINO, Carmela Rita  -  1943 - 2018  Passed away peacefully on Friday, December 28, 2018, at Baycrest Hospital where her family loved and cared for her.

Devoted wife of Santo Salvatore Civichino (predeceased).

Loving mother of Rosa (David), Tony (Gina) and Lucy (Leo).

Caring nonna to Amanda, Lauren, Antonio, Gianluca, Andrea, Isabella, Brianna, Natalie, Luke and Sienna.

Predeceased by her brother Leo.

Survived by the Greco family and sister-in-law Maria Civichino.

Carmela will be sadly missed by many extended family and friends. She will be remembered for having an exceptional love for people especially in their time of need.

Visitations will be held at the Glendale Funeral Home, Etobicoke, on Wednesday, January 2, 2019, from 2-5 and 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, January 3, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. from Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (2 Richardson Ave., east at Keele St., north of Eglinton Ave.). Entombment to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (Toronto) or The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.
