SERAVALLE, Giovanni - Passed away peacefully on the morning of April 5, 2018 at the age of 89, surrounded by his family.
Born in San Vito al Tagliamento (PN), Italy, on April 29, 1928.
Beloved and caring husband of Gelmira for 65 years.
Loving father of Anna (Louie Cosolo) and Danny (Nancy).
Dear and cherished nonno of Lauren (Furmas), David (Celine) and Luca. He will be fondly remembered by his sister-in-law Anita, brother-in-law Davide (Nadia), nieces, nephews, family and many dear friends both in Canada and Italy. A special thanks to his caregivers and to Dr. R. Masi for all his care and support over the years.
Family and friends will be received at Delmoro Funeral Home, 61 Beverly Hills Dr., on Sunday, April 8th from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Fidelis Catholic Church, 33 Connie St., Toronto on Monday, April 9th at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow.
In memory of Giovanni, donations can be made to The Kidney Foundation, Humber River Hospital and Toronto Western Hospital.
