Williamson NinaWILLIAMSON, Nina Jean (nee BARROWMAN) -  March 19, 1924 – April 5, 2018

With great sadness we announce the passing, in her 95th year, of our wonderful mother Nina, at The Scarborough (Grace) Hospital, Toronto.

Beloved wife for 65 years of the late Frank Williamson.

Loving mother to the late David (Lynn McGeachy Schultz), Ross (Ursula), Ron (Leslie) and Barbara Gracey (Scott Pammett).

Predeceased by siblings John, Jessie Campbell and Evelyn Walker.

She will be missed by her sister-in-law Elva (Barrowman) and grandchildren Tanja Jones (Cory), Julie Hardy (Russ), Drew (Laura Black), Amanda Thompson (James), Karen Mitchell (Mark), Rachel Williamson (Andy), Leigh Murray (Andrew), Kent Schultz (Allison), Meghan Schultz and Alex Gracey as well as 14 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Nina found strength in family and friends and had a warm smile for everyone she met.

She will be remembered as a loving wife and mother - her family the centre of her life. An active, lifelong church member, she was part of the founding of St. John's United Church (Agincourt).

The extended Williamson family truly appreciates the caring support of staff, residents and volunteers at both Shepherd Terrace and The Scarborough Grace Hospital.

A Celebration of Nina's life and interment will be held at a later date this spring.

In lieu of flowers, donations to The United Church Mission and Service Fund or to Shepherd Village (Agincourt) would be appreciated.
